Yes. You can apply for several 0% financing contracts with different partners up to a maximum amount of CHF 10'000. Of course, we will check your creditworthiness and thus prevent possible over-indebtedness.
Yes, you can. If you want to end your contract early, call bob Finance (+41 44 244 25 00) and find out about your outstanding amount.
The first instalment is due at the earliest one month after the financing has been completed. You will find the exact date in your confirmation e-mail or in the contract given to you by the retailer.
This can have various reasons. Here you will find an overview:
- Not all first and last names (as noted on the ID card) were entered
- You did not enter the PIN that we sent to your mobile phone
- Your current residence address has not yet been updated at the credit agency CRIF, which is why the comparison failed
- Your entries do not meet the general requirements

«Buy Now, Pay Later» or BNPL for short is a payment method that we launched at bob Finance as bob zero (0% financing) or bob invoice (purchase on account). These are interest-free financing options that give you, the consumer, the opportunity to pay for your purchases by means of interest-free monthly instalments. Without additional fees.
No. If you pay your monthly bills on time, there are no fees. However, we reserve the right to charge you reminder fees or fees for any debt collection. You will find further information in the GTC.

This varies from partner to partner. The amount can theoretically go up to a value of 10,000 Swiss francs. The best thing is to ask the partner directly or find out on their homepage.
With 0% financing bob zero there is no interest or fees whatsoever.
From 1 October 2022, payments with the red and orange payment slips will no longer be possible in Switzerland. By this date at the latest, you must have converted your standing orders and payments to the QR bill.
You will receive your new, personalized QR invoice by e-mail. If you have set up a standing order, you can either change it yourself in Internet Banking or at the counter of your bank.

The QR-Invoice modernizes the Swiss payment traffic. It will replace today's payment slips on 1 October 2022. The QR invoice consists of a payment section and a receipt. The Swiss QR Code contains all the relevant information required for automatic and therefore efficient payment and posting.
